Within the scope of TUBITAK BIGG 2024 1st Call, 117 entrepreneurs were awarded the 'Seal of Excellence'. 4 of these entrepreneurs were supported by Uşak University as an implementing organization within the scope of BİGG-USTECH project.

1917 entrepreneurs applied for business ideas to the 1st call for BiGG Investment 2024. 149 Implementing Organizations, including Uşak University, provided accelerator services to 994 entrepreneur candidates within the scope of Phase 1 of the program, including training, mentoring, incubation, use of collaboration networks and customer verification support. The 362 business plans that matured after the accelerator program were evaluated by TÜBİTAK. As a result of the evaluations made by academics, industry representatives and investors, 115 entrepreneurs were awarded the 'Seal of Excellence' within the scope of the 1st Call for 2024.

As a result of the panel and TÜBİTAK BİGG Fund evaluations, 115 entrepreneurs who are entitled to receive the Seal of Excellence will establish their companies, sign a contract with the BiGG Fund and start working to realize their technology-oriented business plans.

The entrepreneurs supported by Uşak University as the implementing organization within the scope of BIGG-USTECH project and entitled to receive 900,000 TL support are Prof. Dr. Nurhayat Gülmez, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu, Assoc. Assist. Emirhan Bozoğlan and Oktay Semih Moran.
