Uşak University Received Full Marks From its Students

Great success from Uşak University in Higher Education Council's Turkey University Experience Survey!

Developed for the first time by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and carrying a visionary approach, the Turkish University Experience Survey (TÜDA) was conducted online between 10 June - 21 October 2024 with the participation of 264,344 students from 205 universities. The research evaluated the experiences of university students with 360 questions in 15 thematic areas.

Uşak University ranks 2nd among the universities established after 2006 in YÖK Research

According to the results of the research, Uşak University ranked 36th among 205 universities in the general satisfaction ranking and 2nd among the universities established in 2006 and later.

Standing Out with Service Quality

Looking at the details of TÜDA, Uşak University showed a significant performance in many areas such as cafeteria services, dormitory facilities, health services, mobile applications, student information system, sports and activity areas, library facilities, alumni relations, international exchange programmes, collaborations, academic and research activities.

Rector Savaş: ‘Satisfaction of our students is our priority’

Uşak University Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş made the following statement regarding the research results

‘We act with an understanding based on student satisfaction and taking into account their expectations. In this direction, we focus on constantly raising the quality bar of our university and further improving the standards of education and training. These results we obtained in the TÜDA survey show that we are on the right track. This success based on the satisfaction of our students motivates us; we will continue to work with all our strength for their development.’

A New Perspective on the University Experience in Turkey

This large-scale research, conducted for the first time by YÖK, aims to shed light on the development of higher education policies by analysing the student experience in universities in depth. The data revealed by the research is of great importance for student-oriented development strategies of universities.
