The SCIMAGO 2024 ranking, which evaluates higher education and research institutions on 3 main indicator groups: research performance, innovation outputs and social impact, has been announced.

Uşak University ranked 3,286th in the list of 4,762 universities in the world and increased its place in the ranking by 199 places compared to last year.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş, who made a statement about the Scimago Institutions Rankings- Universities 2024 results announced recently, stated that the number of universities evaluated within the scope of SCIMAGO has increased every year and Uşak University continues to take place in the world university rankings and that this success is the success of Uşak University Family.

Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş stated the following in his statement: "SCIMAGO is a ranking method that combines three main indicators: research performance, innovation outputs, web visibility and social impact, developed from the information contained in the Scopus database. Uşak University was entitled to enter this ranking as of 2020. This year, we ranked 3,286th in the list of 4,762 universities from around the world and increased our place by 199 places compared to last year. In the list of 140 universities from Turkey, we ranked 102nd among Turkish universities. In addition, our university ranked 67th in SCIMAGO's social impact ranking and achieved a 27-place increase compared to the previous year.''
