This centuries-old tradition reminds us how precious peace, friendship and brotherhood are. The thousands of years of cultural heritage of the Turkish nation has taught us how important it is to be stronger in unity and solidarity and to see our differences as richness. Today, as we share this enthusiasm, we celebrate not only the traces of the past but also the hopes of the future.’

Rector Savaş: “I wish that Nevruz Bayram brings prosperity and blessings to our country, our cultural sphere, and all of humanity.”
Rector Savaş concluded his speech by wishing that Nowruz Festival will bring peace, tranquility and happiness to the whole heartland and humanity, especially to Turkey.
