The Faculty of Sports Sciences building and the Football Field with a Synthetic Athletics Track, which has a spectator capacity of 5,000, are being transformed into fully equipped facilities through an advertising agreement protocol signed between Uşak University and Spor Toto Organization.

- Completion of Facilities with the Budget Provided by Spor Toto -

The deficiencies in the Uşak University Faculty of Sports Sciences and the Football Field with a Synthetic Athletics Track will be addressed with the budget allocated under the advertising agreement protocol with Spor Toto.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş highlighted that this marks another significant step in completing physical structures and addressing existing needs. He stated that they are working intensively to meet students’ scientific, social, cultural, and sports needs. Prof. Dr. Savaş provided the following details:

“With the completion of the tender processes, the Faculty of Sports Sciences and the Football Field with a Synthetic Athletics Track will feature facilities that meet FIFA standards. It will have a grandstand with a capacity of 5,000 spectators and modern field lighting. Additionally, under the stands, there will be modern halls designed for sports such as judo, wrestling, archery, and basketball, as well as spaces like a climbing wall. Once completed, our sports facility will serve our students and Uşak with its modern infrastructure and extensive opportunities.”

Rector Savaş emphasized that Uşak University continues its efforts with the understanding that investing in youth is investing in the future. He expressed gratitude to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak, Spor Toto Organization, and all contributors, stressing that these investments will boost young people’s interest in sports.
