Uşak Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry organized a meeting with the participation of Uşak University Faculty of Agriculture on December 21, World Cooperatives Day.

Provincial Director Serkan Bilir, Uşak University Faculty of Agriculture Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Fatih Çelen, Uşak Beet Planters Cooperative President Zafer Arpacı, Uşak Livestock Cooperatives Union (HAYKOOP) President, Uşak Provincial Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry affiliated institutions and organization directors, Uşak Provincial Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry affiliated institutions and organization directors, Uşak Provincial Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry agricultural cooperative presidents and board members, Uşak Provincial Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry deputy provincial director, branch and district directors and technical staff attended the meeting.

In the event, Murat Eren, Rural Development and Organization Branch Manager, and Dr. Buket Çelen, Lecturer at Uşak University Faculty of Agriculture, made presentations on the current situation of cooperatives and general cooperatives in our province. The program ended with the questions, opinions and suggestions of cooperative presidents and board members.
