'2024 YÖKAK International Quality Assurance and Accreditation' conference was organized by Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK).

Vice Rector and Quality Coordinator of Uşak University Prof. Dr. Kenan Taş, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Birgin, Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Taş and Rector Advisor Assoc. Dr. Fulya Akyıldız attended the conference hosted by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University on 25-26 April 2024.

The 2024 YÖKAK International Conference on Quality Assurance and Accreditation, attended by academics from many universities in Turkey and from different parts of the world, started with the opening speeches of TÜBA President Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Şeker, Rector of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Prof. Dr. M. Naci Bostancı, YÖKAK President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak and YÖKAK President Erol Özvar.

The main theme of the conference was "Internalizing and Improving Quality in Higher Education" and the aim was to bring together scientific developments, innovations, experiences and different perspectives in the field of quality assurance in higher education. In addition to scientific exchanges and panels discussing current issues in the field of quality assurance, the conference also provided an opportunity for interaction between stakeholders such as quality assurance agencies, accreditation bodies and higher education institutions at national and international level.
